Membership
As the largest organization of its kind in Port Elizabeth,
AWS is faced with the abuse and neglect of animals on a daily basis. Many of the cases are a result of a complete lack of understanding of the needs of animals and a lack of the human-animal bond. By becoming a member of our Society you can join us in our commitment to promote the humane treatment of animals, reunite lost pets with their owners and provide protection, care and shelter for unwanted and homeless companion animals. Your caring membership is a life-saver, without which these animals would be left to suffer. If you are able to help us in other ways, please fill out and submit a volunteer form, or contact us direct.

Our membership year starts on 1 April, and ends on 31 March the following year, when renewals are accepted until 30 June.
